I feel that words failed me when trying to summarise the quality of the training that you have just provided to us.  I cannot begin to express how valuable this has been to us and I have already had one inspirational discussion with someone who is already seeing how they will be applying this to their work, and is giving a huge bravo for your work in promoting what so many of us have talked about consistently about routinely gathering information for every child through their care experience regardless of whether adoption is the plan or not.
