Karla Burley, Academic Lead on behalf of THEiA & TLSWi, has the pleasure to announce that the Care Excellence Programme (CEP) training course has been
certified internationally by the CPD Certification Service as meeting Continuing Professional Development principles. Funded by Prof. Richard Rose, this five-day programme is designed for anyone caring for a child or young person affected by early-life trauma. CEP supports primary caregivers in looked-after care by drawing on the established Rose Model of Therapeutic Care. The course offers carers creative ways to strengthen relationships with children and young people through new understanding, practical techniques and an interactive approach that recognises their potential for healing.
